To support the people of Gaza
Quds Bank organizes a blood donation campaign for its employees in the various governorates of the country
Ramallah – 22/07/2014 – proceeding from its humanitarian and social responsibility towards the people of the Gaza Strip, Quds Bank has organized yesterday a blood donation campaign for its employees in the various governorates of the country in cooperation with the Palestinian Blood Bank, whereas a large number of the Bank’s employees had participated, in addition to the Bank’s executive administration.
The General Manger of Quds Bank, SameehSubaih, has said in his commentary that the Bank always seeks to support the resilience of our people in the Gaza Strip proceeding from our slogan “the Citizen’s and Nation’s Bank” with all available means. He also added by saying that: “donating blood is the least we can do for our people in the Gaza Strip to support their resilience and as a form of humanitarian aid. We have also distributed food parcels to the effected families in cooperation with Welfare Association, and we are currently seeking to admit urgent medical aid for hospitals”.
This aid comes within a series of activities undertaken by the Bank to offer nutritional aid and basic health requirements to hospitals in the Gaza Strip, based on the conditions experienced by the children and residents in light of the prevailing situation there. Such has urged the Bank to take immediate action and contribute in aiding our people in the Strip with food parcels to be distributed to families affected by the war.
